Ingredients

  1. 5medium potatoes
  2. Minced meat
  3. Seasoning and spices
  4. Scotch eggs and onions
  5. Egg
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel ur potatoes add little salt and boil for like 15min

  2. 2

    Put ur minced meat in a pan on low heat add ur grated onions and scotch bonnet then you add ur seasonings and continue mixing wen is done u put it down and allow to cool then you smashed ur potatoes add the minced meat and mixed it well

  3. 3

    Then u make balls and put into ur egg and fry untill golden brown serve and enjoy with ur tea
