Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the marinade and soak the meat in it for 5 hours in the refrigerator.
- 2
Garnish: In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion. Add bell peppers, and once they are halfway cooked, add sugar snap peas. Season with Maggi seasoning sauce, cover for a few minutes, and set aside.
- 3
Heat oil in a deep pan. Remove the chops from the marinade, salt them, and sear. Set them aside in a baking dish.
- 4
Deglaze the pan with white wine and add these juices to the chops. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
- 5
Sauce: In the same deep pan, melt butter, add shallot and mustard seeds, and stir for a few minutes. Add chives, then a little cream. Let it heat up and add the cream cheese. Once dissolved, incorporate the cheddar cheese, let it come to a boil, and season.
- 6
Serve the hot chops accompanied by their sauce and garnish.

Cheese, spinach, cream and garlic, wonderful combination to cook shrimp with. This time of summer is too hot for fresh spinach, we use swiss chard or you can use frozen spinach , so this recipe is for a pound of frozen spinach and a pound of shrimp.
