1Onion
1 tbspSake
1 tbspWater
1 tspKatakuriko
4 tbsp☆Ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp☆Sauce
1 tsp☆Soy sauce

Steps

Chop the pork into bite-sizes. Rub in salt, pepper, sake, and katakuriko dissolved in water.

Julienne the onion and combine with the pork. If you set this aside for 10 minutes, the meat will become tenderized.

Melt butter in pan and stir-fry the meat and onion. When cooked, add ☆ condiments and stir-fry some more.

When everything is mixed thoroughly, turn the heat down and sprinkle the cheese. Cover the pan. It's done when the cheese melts!
