Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsAll-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupsSugar
  3. 1 tablespoonyeast
  4. 2 tablespoonsmelted butter
  5. 1egg (large)
  6. 1/4 cupwarm milk
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  9. 2 tablespoonspowdered cinnamon
  10. 1 teaspoonVanilla extract
  11. For the glaze
  12. 1 cupcondensed milk
  13. 1 cuppowdered milk

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk milk, water, butter, sugar, yeast, egg

    Add in all purpose flour + salt

  3. 3

    Make it into a dough

  4. 4

    Knead until it doesn’t stick to your fingers

  5. 5

    Cover and allow to rise for an hour or 45 minutes

  6. 6

    Roll the dough out into a large rectangle

  7. 7

    For the filling, apply melted butter on the dough (large rectangle)

  8. 8

    Mix brown sugar,cinnamon and vanilla extract in a separate bowl

  9. 9

    Evenly spread the cinnamon mixture on the rectangle-shaped dough

  10. 10

    Tightly roll the dough (like a mat)

  11. 11

    Cut it into pieces and allow to rise for 30 mins.

    After it has doubled in size, apply some melted butter to have that nice golden brown color

  13. 13

    Preheat the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180C

  14. 14

    For the glaze, add powdered milk to condensed milk and mix for 5 mins.
