Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemo
  2. 1 tablespooninstant yeast
  3. 1Egg
  4. 2 tablespoonssugar
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 2 tablespoonscooked rice

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix semo and yeast with water to make a puff puff like batter..cover and allow it to rise.

    Add in ur egg, cooked rice, salt and sugar and mix very well.

  3. 3

    Fry in Masa fryer and enjoy with yaji o dried moringa soup which is an amazing combo with wainan semo
