Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsprouts
  2. 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoondhaniya powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 cuponions
  8. 1 pinchhing
  9. 1boiled aloo
  10. 3 tablespoonsbesan
  11. 2 tablespoonsrice flour
  12. as required Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    First take a bowl add sprouts with onions chilli powder salt, dhaniya powder,amchur then add besan rice flour and sprinkle little water and mix all ingredients well. Now add boiled aloo mashed and mix well.

    Now take small portions of the dough and deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
