Ingredients

3-4 servings

1full cauliflower
2 spoonchilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
3 spooncorn flour
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
To tastesalt
as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

Boil cauliflower florets with water and salt for 5-10 minutes.

Marinate with all the above ingredients.

Once the oil is hot, fry the cauliflower till it turns golden brown...serve hot.
