Fluffy Sweet Bread Rolls Fluffy Sweet Bread Rolls
Fluffy rolls and pastries made from this dough won't harden even after they've cooled down. I tried out various sweet bread dough recipes and this is the result.Bring the margarine to room temperature and cut it up before adding it to your bread maker. If you can, scatter the yeast around in the ingredients and let sit in the bread maker for one minute before starting the machine. Recipe by commeline cookpad.japan -

Raisin Bread Rolls with Sweet Sugar and Butter Topping Raisin Bread Rolls with Sweet Sugar and Butter Topping
I had leftover cream and raisins so I tried making this and it turned out very tasty. So now when you have raisin bread at my home it will be this! The scores opens wide when you bake the bread, so sprinkle with more granulated sugar than you think is enough. Adjust the amount of butter to your taste. The dough is quite wet so if you are a bit unsure, try using 75 ml of water instead. I wanted to make soft dough so I used 80 ml of water. For 10 rolls, each about 12 cm [4.7 in] in diameter. Recipe by Pu-kosan cookpad.japan -

Basic Sweet Bread Dough (Light and Fluffy Version) Basic Sweet Bread Dough (Light and Fluffy Version)
I like dense and chewy bread, but depending on what you want to make sometimes a light bread is more suitable. For example, for bread with things kneaded into the dough, a lighter dough is better as it won't be so stretchy. And if the toppings/additions are on the heavy side, a light-textured bread is nicer. So this is a light-textured version of my basic sweet bread dough, for when you need it.Since this dough has a relatively high moisture content, it's easy to knead. It is a bit sticky though, so you will need to flour your work surfaces. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -
Easy Hand Kneaded Basic Sweet Bread Dough Easy Hand Kneaded Basic Sweet Bread Dough
A friend tipped me on the fact that bread is softer and more tasty using cake flour in the dough, so through a process of trial and error, adding 10 g at a time, I came up with this perfect ratio of ingredients.*Measure the ingredients precisely.*The proofing will not go well without enough moisture in the dough, so spray it with water if it is too dry.*I was also uneasy about the results at first, but the stickiness of the dough will eventually even out to a smooth dough. For those who don't have a bread machine, do your best without it.
