    Boil potatoes and mash

    Add same number of eggs as potato to your mashed potatoes

  3. 3

    Add seasonings,scotch bonnets,onions,garlic,black pepper,salt and spices

  4. 4

    Mix well and pour into a nylon bag and tie

  5. 5

    Put in water and boil for 20 mins

  6. 6

    Untie and cut into medium pieces

  7. 7

    Add into whisked eggs and deep fry in hot oil

  8. 8

    Serve hot!
