The Best Banana Muffin EVER, Super Moist NO Mixer

Earlier today, after months of not baking, I finally touched my oven, my true soulmate... I missed it so much. The kids were unusually sound asleep. I left them for a moment and they were still sleeping, so I decided to use the overripe Sunpride bananas on the table that my 1-year-old had been playing with. I had been thinking about these bananas since last night, wondering if I could bake with them. If not, they would end up in the trash tomorrow. Luckily, everything went smoothly. It only took about 8 minutes to prepare, and while it was baking, I went back to the kids' room. I've made this favorite banana muffin recipe so many times that I don't need to check on it. It always turns out beautifully at 180°C (about 350°F) for about 30 minutes, depending on the size of the cups. I love the smell of banana muffins filling the room! I missed it so much! ***

Healthy Zucchini Banana Muffins Healthy Zucchini Banana Muffins
Had one kept-too-long zucchini and overripe bananas. So trying this new recipe. Pretty nice and different from previous muffins I made before. Added dried coconut flakes, choco chips, and sliced almond. Surprisingly the coconut flakes added a nice taste and texture to the muffins.I made a few different changes from the original recipe because I just used whatever I had at that time in my kitchen. Also I didn't measure the mashed banana in cup. I mashed 1 big bananas, probably it was less than 3/4 cups. I guess if I mash 2 bananas, the muffins will be moister. Next time will measure properly..Recipe is taken from: https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/chunky-monkey-zucchini-banana-muffins/ purple_acied -

Ripe Banana Muffins Ripe Banana Muffins
I and baked with lots of banana muffin recipes, but I liked my original recipe the best.I came up with this recipe more than 20 years ago with trial and error.it will be "really sweet" with the recipe amount of sugar.Even if you decrease the amount by half, it will be a little sweeter than pancakes, so please decrease the sugar amount to your preference. Please use lemon juice to prevent the bananas from browning, and it will refine the flavor. This is my go-to banana bread recipe I have used for quite sometime. I had 4 VERY ripe bananas that needed to be used and when I announced this to the hubby he asked if it was possible to make the bread into muffins. "Well, duh..." I said, and voila! Banana Bruffins! ;) StephieCanCook -
Banana and raisin muffins Banana and raisin muffins
I walked into the kitchen and saw the bounty of bananas slowly degenerating and was determined not to let them go to waste. Now I'm not a fan of baking but I thought why not try my hand at a simple banana bread recipe. It came out successfully and i really enjoyed it. It wasn't too sweet and the banana was not overpowering as it can be sometimes. It had a nice texture although nuts would've been a great addition. I also added a honey ginger glaze left a nice taste in my mouth too. I'll definitely be trying this again.elroy.galbraith
