Instant raw mango pickle

Ingredients

  1. 2 kgchopped raw mango
  2. as neededReadymade pickle masala
  3. 1,1/2 kg mustard oil
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspfennel seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash the raw mango and spread the raw mango on the cotton cloth and keep it for 5-6 hours and dry them.

    Heat the oil in a kadai and put the cumin seeds in it. When the cumin seeds gets light brown then turn off the gas stove.

    When the oil gets cool down then add raw mango and fennel seeds, pickle masala and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Your raw mango pickle is ready to serve and store it in the glass jar and serve with Chapati and Parantha and enjoy it.
