Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 1onion
  3. 4-5garlic pieces
  4. 1/4 tspoon Turmeric powder
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper
  6. as neededCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a cooker add chicken and all other ingredients except pepper

  2. 2

    Add 1 litre water and close th lid.after 3 whistle switch it off

  3. 3

    Transfer to a bowl add coriander leaves for garnishing.sprinkle pepper and drink hot.
