Ingredients

  • 5small Cherry Tomato
  • 1⁄4 cup Fresh Mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoonsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 pinchesSea Salt
  • 4 leavesFresh Basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut tomatoes in halves.

  2. 2

    Cut mozzarella into medium bite size pieces.

  3. 3

    Toss tomatoes, mozzarella, and oil in small bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss in basil leaves. Remove from bowl leaving most of the oil behind. Enjoy!
