Ingredients

  1. 350 gmwheat flour (sieved)
  2. 100 gm White flour (maida)
  3. 1 tsp.Salt
  4. 1.5 tsp.Dry yeast in water
  5. 1 Tbsp.Sugar
  6. 1.5 Tbsp.Oil (olive oil)
  7. 4 tsp.Milk powder
  8. 390 ml.Water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together dry yeast, warm water (little eg. 90 ml.) and sugar (little, day 1/2 tsp. From 1 Tbsp) and keep in dry place and let it ferment.

    Mix dough little by little (add ingredients one by one) and keep mixing. Make a hole in the centre and add entire yeast mix and start kneading.

    Knead dough for 15 mins. Roll out and roll up till count of 100.

    Place in steel bowl and keep in a warm place e.g. keep inside microwave for 45 mins to 1 hour or till it rise. (Microwave should be kept switched off).

    Remove from microwave after an hour and punch it. Again put inside microwave for 45 mins to 1 hour.

    Again remove and punch it. Do this 3 times. When bread is almost formed, press finger and see that it’s soft and non sticky. Baste with olive oil using a brush.

    Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius for 15 mins and then reduce heat to 180 degrees. Celsius and bake bread for 30 mins. Whole process takes about 4-5 hours until bread is finally made.
