Ingredients

  • 11/2 cupsLuke warm water
  • 11/2 cupsmilk scald
  • 3 tablespoonsmelted butter
  • 3 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  • 11/2 teaspoonssalt
  • 1 packageyeast
  • 21/2 cupssifted course whole wheat flour
  • 21/2 cupssifted medium whole wheat flour
  • 21/2 cupsfine whole wheat flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve yeast in water and sugar

  2. 2

    Add butter milk salt mix well

  3. 3

    Add reset of flour keep dough soft

  4. 4

    Let rise till double in size

  5. 5

    Split into 2 loafs put in bread pans. Let rise 1 hour

  6. 6

    Bakevat 350 for 1 hour
