In a large mixing bowl take all dry ingredients and mix butter. Mix well making sure everything is combined well.

Add milk and knead well. Make a soft dough. Cover with cling wrap and let it about 3 hours. Now dough is double in size. Knead again to a cylindrical shape.Put the dough in a loaf pan and then Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

Place the bread loaf pan in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes. Bread is ready.

Let it cool for few minutes and enjoy with butter and jem.
