  2. 100 gmsWheat flour
  3. 80 gmsMultigrains
  4. 10 gmsSalt
  5. 300 mlWater or as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients and make a dough

    Soak multigrain 50 gms in a bowl with water for 30 mins. Then strain the water from grains.

    Mix all the grains in flour and add water as per requirement.

    Mix well for 20 mins. Knead then rest for 15 min keep aside.

  5. 5

    Then after 15 mins shape the dough in roll shape give one big mark cut in the center of loaf.

    Apply Milk wash and sprinkles some multigrain on top of it.

  7. 7

    Then again rest for 10 mins.

  8. 8

    After 10 mins bake it preheated oven.

  9. 9

    Bake at 200c for 30 mins.

Hi arachana is this really works bcoz without adding sugar in yeast I don't think so it works plz check this out I really like the recepie plz send me proper
