Ingredients

  1. 1big ripe mango
  2. 1.5 table spoonsugar or sugar powder
  3. 1 ltrmilk
  4. 25 gmalmonds
  5. 25raisins
  6. 25 gmcashewnut
  7. 1/2 tbsp cardmom powder
  8. as neededIce cubes crushed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash peel and cut the mango in small pieces.

  2. 2

    Add milk slowly and grind then add more to get your required consistency.add crushed ice cubes and mix in the mixer for last.

    In a grinder first put sugar and grind,now half the almonds and cashew nuts now add the mangoes and grind

  4. 4

    Take the shake out and serve garnished with the dry fruits left. Happy summer.
