    Wash and per boil the rice

    In a pot add your grinded red bell pepper,tomato paste, scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic paste, onions, oil and fry

    Add the chicken stock and water and allow to boil

  4. 4

    Add the per boiled rice, paprika, jollof rice spice, seasoning, salt, curry and cook until soft
