Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 750 gramsgoat mutton
  • 250 gramscurds
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp cashew poppy seeds paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsp red chilli kashmiri
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp each cumin & coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin roast powder
  • 1 inch cinnamon sticks
  • 1staranise
  • 1-2bay leaves Tej patta
  • 2 tbsp Oil to cook

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean wash mutton pieces, add curds,ginger garlic paste salt and dry spices to mutton,mix well keep aside.

    Chop onions fine heat the oil in pot add the onions to fry saute 5 minutes,make a paste of cashews and poppyseeds keep handy

    When rested for 10 minutes add the mutton marinade to the frying onions,add cashew paste,star nise and tej patta ie bay leaves cook on slow for 5 minutes as it leaves oil on sides now add 2glass water,Cook 15 minutes close and keep pressure.Remove in bowl serve hot
