Cooking Instructions

Wash the poha with running water and leave it for 10 minutes

Roast the peanuts and keep it aside.

Heat a pan and add oil, let it heat properly.

Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves and fry it for few seconds.

Add onions and again fry it for 2-3 minutes then add turmeric powder and mix it for a minute.

Add roasted peanuts, washed poha, salt and mix it properly. Cover the pan and cook it for a minute on low flame.

Add coriander leaves and again cover for a minute.

Turn off the flame and serve it along with lemon wedges. Or you can put some bhujia of your choice.
