#Nigeriastreetfood. I followed Chef Fasma's recipe and it yielded a good result. My appreciation Chef Fasma.
Cooking Instructions

Sift flour in a bowl, add sugar,butter and salt and mix and mix well,meanwhile proof your yeast by soaking with little warm water and pinch of sugar, if it rises,add to the flour and add 2 and half cups of warm water, continue kneading for at least 15 minutes.

Allow to rise in a warm place after closing with a clean towel for about 40 minutes or 1 hour. When it rises,you take small amount of the flour and knead it again,flatten it with a rolling pin on a tray and use a cutter or something with a circular end like silver cup and remove circles, then use a bottle or rubber bottle to remove the smaller circle

Heat oil on fire and put the sliced donuts in the hot oil,when it turns golden, turn the other side. Serve with tea or juice
