Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 2 tbspnsugar
  3. 3 tbspnbutter
  4. 1 1/2tspn yeast
  5. 1/4tspn salt
  6. Veg oil

Cooking Instructions

    Add all ingredients in a bowl and pour water little by little until a soft dough is formed

  2. 2

    Knead for like 20-30 mins...weigh the dough on a scale 80g make a ball of each weighed dough and mould allow it to raise for 45mins

  3. 3

    Heat oil for deep frying and fry on low heat until golden brown....coat with granulated sugar
