Ingredients

  1. 2bread slices
  2. 1medium boiled potato
  3. 1/2 cupbhujiya sev
  4. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/8 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 tsppav bhaji masala
  8. 1 tsptomato/pizza sauce
  9. 1 tspgreen chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Mash boiled potato, add bhujiya sev and all the masalas, reserve 1tsp bhujiya sev for garnish. Mix well.

    Apply sauce on one bread slice and chutney on another. Spread aloo bhujiya mixture on one bread slice.

    Sandwich the bread and grill them till golden and crisp. You can even cook them on tawa.

    Garnish with sev and serve
