Ingredients

  1. 2burrito sized flour tortillas
  2. 1/3 lbsground beef or other meat for filling
  3. 1/2yellow onion, sliced into strips
  4. 1/2bell pepper, sliced into strips
  5. seasoning salt
  6. 2 tbscholula hot sauce
  7. 2 tbsbutter
  8. 1 tspground cumin
  9. 1glove of garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Start by cooking your fillings, add butter to stove top skillet. once melted add garlic and then your ground beef/ other meat. Cook thoroughly.

    Cook the vegetables separately from the meat. Add olive oil to a stove top pan and then add your veggies. Cook until softened and add cholula sauce. Continue to cook until sauce condenses.

    To make double long burrito, lay 2 tortillas down in a ven-diagram shape after they have been warned. Pile your toppings in a line along the center of each tortilla away from the edges.

    Fold outer ends first, then fold the middle sides one at a time while holding ends in. Bake or fry the burrito for a better seal!

Food may not look very appealing but i go for taste over looks, every recipe photo i have listed was eaten shortly after (or during) its photo. Hope you all enjoy the recipes! I try to leave out as much sodium as possible in my recipes so you'll rarely see any salt listed, of course it can be added to pretty much anything to add some more flavor.
