This recipy is unique because the halua is made with less ghee but with lot of nuts, even carrots have multiple health benifits. Having dessert without compromising health is difficult due to excess amount of ghee or oil, sugar. However tried to make it healthy.
Cooking Instructions

Heat a pan on low flame, add ghee.Add grated carrots, saute for few seconds. Add sugar and saute until sugar is dessolved. Now add milk, mix well. Keep on low flam till the carrots become tender. Now add khova, saffron milk, nuts.Mix well. Add cardamom powder. Now keep on low flame until all the milk is soaked by carrots. Now switch of the flame.

Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with chopped almonds.
