Ingredients

  1. 8 cupsFlour
  2. 2 cupsWarm water
  3. 24 teaspoonsSugar
  4. 8 teaspoonsPowdered milk
  5. 2 teaspoonsYeast
  6. Butter 1 simas
  7. Egg 2 eggs
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. Onion for frying
  10. Oil for frying

    Here are the ingredients.

    In a bowl, sift the flour, add sugar,milk, yeast and salt.

    Add butter and egg.

    Add water and mix it very well

  5. 5

    Rub some butter and flour on a tray and mould beautifully. Arrange on a tray and cover to let it rise for 30 minutes.

    Here it is,after 30 minutes.

    Use your finger to punch the middle of the dough. Lift and tilt until a hole is made.

    Pour oil in a pan,cut onion and set on fire.

    Drop in oil and fry till golden brown.
