    Wash and remove the coat of the beans. Add pepper, onions, ginger and crayfish and grind/blend together until a smooth paste is formed. Add vegetable oil, salt and seasoning cubes to taste. Mix to combine all the ingredients.

    Tie in nylons,drop in a pot of boiling water,cover n cook till it’s done (30-40mns)

    Your moi moi is ready enjoy with any source of ur choice,i served mine with spinach and minced meat source.😋😋😋
