Ingredients

  1. Cabbage
  2. Onoins
  3. Ginger and garlic(optional)
  4. Scotch bonnet (attarugu)
  5. Oil
  6. Spices and seasonings of ur choice
  7. Bell peppers

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add ur oil nd allow to heat up den add ur onions and stir untill it's translucent

  2. 2

    Add ur ginger,garlic and stir

  3. 3

    Add d greated scotch bonnet,grated bell peppers, seasonings of ur choice and stir

  4. 4

    Cover and allow to cook but stirring occasionally to avoid burning

  5. 5

    Add ur finely shredded cabbage,mix nd allow to cook for few minutes

  6. 6
