Been meaning to make this for a while and finally got round to it! 😄 I’m glad I did because it was so delicious!! I don’t have a slow cooker so did this on a low heat on the hob for slightly less time. I also switched the dates for apricots and served with bulgar wheat (cooked with tumeric) instead of cous cous. Thanks for sharing Karl!
