Proper comfort food.. this might not be the healthiest dish but it sure is tasty!
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 / 180 (fan) degrees C

To make the topping, slice the bread into small chunks, place onto a baking tray and drizzle with 1 tbsp of melted butter

Bake for 6 minutes and set to one side

Finely chop the garlic
- 5
Grate the cheeses

Boil the macaroni for 10 minutes
- 7
Meanwhile, melt 2 tbsp butter
- 8
Over a medium heat, add the garlic and 1 tsp mustard powder and cook for 1 minute

Add the flour and stir, cooking for a further minute

Slowly add the milk and stir until there’s no lumps

Simmer gently for 5 minutes until thickened

Take off the heat, add half the Parmesan and all of the cheddar.

Stir in the macaroni

Transfer to an over proof dish and evenly spread the bread topping and remaining Parmesan

Bake for 20 minutes

Meanwhile, fry the bacon on a low temperature and for 15 minutes

Slice the beef tomatoes in half, drizzle with oil and bake with the Mac n Cheese for 15 minutes

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan, and fry 1 clove of chopped garlic. Fry the spring greens until cooked.
