  • 2 slicesfresh crusty white bread
  • 4 rasherssmoked back bacon
  • 6large basil leaves
  • 1/2tomato, sliced
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise

    Fry the bacon on a low heat for 20 minutes until crispy and golden

    Slice and butter the bread

    Add the bacon
