  2. 3Tomato
  3. 5Green chilli
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 cupOil
  6. 1 tb spGinger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspGaram masala
  8. leavesCoriander some
  9. halfLemon
  10. 1 tspRed chilli power
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  12. 2 tb spCurd

Cooking Instructions

    Sab se pehley oil mein liver ko fry kar lain.

    Phir ginger garlic paste daal ke fry karain.

  3. 3

    Ab tamam masaley daal kar slow anch per rakh dain. Jab tamatar gal jayen tou bhoon lain

  4. 4

    Uper se lemon, garam masala aur dhaniya daal dain. Ready to serve.
