Cooking Instructions

In a pan boil bareek dalya with salt

In another pan boil harhar Dal with salt

When boiled grind them separately

Now mix both the thing and let it cook again

It Should be thick in consistency

Grind the curry mixy y adding yogurt baisan coriander green chillies cocunt in grinder

In pan add a tsp oil and add slice garlic and cumin seeds

Let it pop
add curry in it and cook - 10
Chutney

Grind coriander chilli salt cumin lemon yogurt

Assembling

In a plate pour bharku

Add curry on it

Than add green chutney

Than achar

Than fried onion with oil
