In a wok dry roast sooji..

Now take another wok..warm the oil and add mustard seeds

Allow them to splitter and also add chana dal half a spoon and urad dal half a spoon.

Add onions..caramalise them..

Add veggies of your choice.

Allow them to simmer for sometime..

Add roasted sooji now and add 800 g water

Stir it constantly

Let it attain a desirable consistency

Add curry leaves..peanuts pre roasted.dry red chilly.
