Quick, Easy, Delicious Spritz Cookies
There was a time when I went through trial and error, wanting to make a crispy yet beautiful rose-shaped cookie This is the recipe I came up with.Hearing my niece say "I want to make this on my own," I submitted this recipe in a way that's easy to understand. When you mix the margarine and powdered sugar with an electric hand mixer, the sugar will spatter if you start at high speed. When shaping the dough into a rose-shaped cookie, I make it go about a round and a half.Baking time may differ depending on the oven and how thick the piped dough is. Rice Flour Cookies
I made this recipe for kids who are allergic to wheat. You don't have to add grated yamaimo yam, but if you want to form shapes, yamaimo yam makes the dough stretchy and easy to handle!! Cocoa Crumble Cookies
I made this recipe for a fellow Cookpad user (who likes cocoa and chocolate) to thank her for using 100 of my recipes. Here's another one for her!Don't put too much cocoa in the dough as it burns easily (I use 10g).If you flatten the cookies too much, they will burn easily, so make them on the thick side. (They look nicer baked them as balls.)The cookies are soft right out of the oven, but will be firm and crispy once they cool. Recipe by ko-ko

Crispy Cocoa & Chocolate Cookies
I was re-arranging my Praline Cookie recipe. I ran out of chocolate chips, so I used a chocolate bar instead. Chunks of chocolate gave these cookies a nice texture and I thought it actually better than the original recipe. If you chill the cookies in the fridge, the chunks of chocolate turn crunchier and more delicious. Chewy Cocoa Chocolate Chip Cookies
semi-soft, chewy, and very good chocolate chip cookies!

Chocolate Chip Cocoa Cookies
These soft-textured American-style chocolate cookies are very easy to make. I wanted to avoid making them as sweet as store-bought ones, so I created a reduced-sugar version. Paired with rich chocolate chips, they are very soft and delicious, making you want to have one after another!Tips1. If you're not used to mixing with a spatula, you can use your hands to form a uniform dough after adding the chocolate chips. Be gentle and avoid over-mixing to prevent the dough from becoming tough, which can affect the cookie texture.2. Each cookie weighs about 25 grams, and this recipe makes approximately 16-17 cookies.

Super Easy Cocoa Cookies
This was my first time trying to make cookies, so I used a small amount of ingredients just in case it didn't turn out well. Surprisingly, they were quite delicious! ^^ If you decide to make them, feel free to double or triple the ingredients. The amount I made yields only 12 cookies with a diameter of 2 inches and about 0.4 inches thick, just tiny 😂

Cocoa, Orange & Peanut Cookies!!
I’m Spanish, but I’m from Valencia—the land of oranges 🍊!! That’s why you’ll see me using them a lot in sweet treats like cookies, cakes, syrups, etc. These cookies remind me a lot of the flavor of chocolate “polvorón” (is a traditional Christmas sweet usually made with almonds and lard as a base). And honestly, I don’t know why, but these cookies have a similar taste! All I can say is that they’re absolutely delicious!Would you like to give them a try?#april2026

Crunchy Cookies with 10 g of Butter!
I wanted to make cookies which were crunchy, but which didn't contain much butter, so I gave it a try.Adjust the amount of milk depending on how well the dough is coming together. They will expand a little when baking, so make the dough a bit thinner than usual when rolling it out. The oven temperature and baking times are only a guide. Adjust them to suit your oven. For 100 cookies. Recipe by kurikuro

HANAMI DANGO Cookies

Strawberry Chocolate Cookies for Valentine's Day
I saw a recipe for chocolate holly leaf cookies and wanted to try a strawberry version. I halved the ingredients and created these cookies. If you add a bit more red food coloring than you think you'll need, the cookies will be distinctly pink! In my pictures, I used a little less than 2 drops. Because the cookies will lose their pink color if you bake them for too long, adjust the baking time required to your oven. Once they've finished baking, cool as they are. They'll become crunchy! Recipe by Orenjirody

German Cookies

Cut-Out Cocoa Cookies with Rice Flour
Rice flour is pretty popular, and I had some left over, so I used it to make cookies. With the leftover egg white, make Egg White Cookies..I use half rice flour and half cake flour, but you could use either. You could also add chocolate chips. It's got an Oreo-like texture, so for kids you could make cookie sandwiches using jam or cream, and that's very delicious. Recipe by Chibipurin
