These Nutella Cookies are soft and chewy, super fudgy, & filled with Nutella goodness.Take your chocolate chip cookies to the next level with chocolate hazelnut goodness. But I get it, Nutella is one of those things that has people either 100% committed or not at all. You don’t just feel meh about Nutella. You love it or hate it. I’m sure you can guess where I stand!

Ingredients

13 minutes
  1. 1 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  3. 1 tbspcorn starch
  4. 3/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 cupsoften
  7. 3/4 cuppacked light brown sugar or dark
  8. 1/2 cupnutella
  9. 1 tspvanilla
  10. 1large egg
  11. 3/4 cupchocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

13 minutes
  1. 1

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

  2. 2

In a separate large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the Nutella, followed by the egg and vanilla.

  3. 3

Turn the mixer down to low and add in the flour mixture about 1/2 at a time.

  4. 4

Turn off the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl using a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  5. 5

When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350F degrees.

  6. 6

Form the cookies into balls about 1 - 1.5 tablespoons in size (I recommend using a cookie scoop), and place the cookies 2 inches apart on the lined cookie sheets.

  7. 7

Bake 1 tray at a time in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes, or until the tops look set.

  8. 8

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool fully on the cookie tray. Optionally, dot the tops of each cookie with extra chocolate chips.
