There are so many variations of soups. Just to motivate my kids to have soups I make twist and variations, so they could enjoy . This is a heat soup . I have inserted carrot flowers in raw noodles then boil it . This not only makes your soup beautiful but will sure impress your guests.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 gmsChicken with bones
  2. 1/4 packnoodles
  3. 2carrots
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1/2 cupshredded cabbage
  6. As desired salt
  7. 1 tbspchicken powder
  8. 4 glassesbroth
  9. 1 cupcorn flour
  10. 4 tbspSoya sauce
  11. 4 tbsphot sauce
  12. 4 tbspvinegar
  13. 2eggs
  14. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  15. Green onion and fresh dhania for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and cut small carrot flowers. Insert these flowers in a raw noodles carefully. Boil them in big pot for 7 minutes.

    Boil chicken with five glasses of water for 15-20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Separate chicken from bones and shredded it.

  4. 4

    Add salt, chicken powder, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce and hot sauce in chicken broth and let it cook.

    Finally beat eggs in clean dry bowl and pour in soup pot in circle. Don't mix till 10 seconds.

    Now gradually mix with wooden spoon.

  7. 7

    Pour lace carrot noodles on soup bowls

  8. 8

    Serve hot with crackers.
    You can adjust cornflour and spices to you likeness.
