Ingredients

  1. 50grm, red dried chilli
  2. 15,garlic cloves, (chopped)
  3. 3inches, ginger pice (chopped)
  4. 4tbsp, Kechup
  5. 2tesp, dark soy sauce
  6. 4tbsp, white vinegar
  7. Salt, as taste
  8. 6tbsp, oil
  9. 1/2cup, water

Cooking Instructions

    First put the wa8 in red chilli and keep them for one hour.

    Now remove it from the water and pour half a cup of water and grind it.

  3. 3

    Now heat the oil and add chopped ginger, garlic to it.

    Cook for 20 seconds on medium heat.

  5. 5

    Now add red chilli paste and cook for 30 seconds on medium heat.

  6. 6

    Add dark soy sauce and cook for 10 seconds.

  7. 7

    Now add tomato Kechup and cook for 20 seconds.

  8. 8

    Add white vinegar and cook for 30 seconds.

  9. 9

    Add salt and mix it well.

  10. 10

    Schezwan sauce is ready.
