First keep ready overnight soaked sabudana & chopped and washed potatoes.

Heat a pan add 1-tbsp ghee & 1-tbsp oil first add cumin and saunf, when starts cracking add curry leaves and potatoes. Cook till potatoes are cooked completely

Now mix green Chilli, ginger, salt, sugar, peanut powder with soaked sabudana,and add in a pan mix well cover with lid and cook on slow flame stirring in between. When sabudana khichdi is cooked completely add chopped coriander mix properly turn off gas add lemon juice, mix well again.

Serve hot tasty,delicious Sabudana khichdi in a plate garnish with green chillies, curry leaves and lemon slice.
