  3. 1 kgkhoya
  4. 2 kgfresh milk
  5. 1 cupghee
  6. 6safeed elachi
  7. 50 grampista
  8. 50 grambadam
  9. 1/2 cupakhrot

    Sub sy pehle gajar wash kar ke cheel hain aur kadukash kar lein

    Aub ek bare patele main gajar dalein aur dhood dal kar gajar ko pakne rakh dein aur us waqt tak medium flame par pakain ke gajar gal jain aur dhood dry ho jaye

    Aub ek patele main ghee garam krein aur safeed elachi dal kar kar karain

    Jab Khushbo ane lage elachi ki tu gajar add kar dein aur khub ache sy medium heat par bhonai krein Khushbo ane lage aur ghee alag hone lage us waqt tak bhone

    Phir sugur add krein aur ek bar phir halwa bhone jab tak sugur ka pani dry nahi ho jata

    Aub alag pen main 3 tbsp ghee dal kar half khoya aur half mewa dal kar bhon lein

    Aub bhona hoa khoya aur mewa halwe main add krein 5 min aur bhon kar flame of kar dein

    Aub halwa dish out krein aur baki bacha hoa khoya aur mewe sy garnishing kar dein delicious gajar ka halwa ready hai
