At first I could only make tough, not very good chapatis. But by adding more water, kneading the dough well, and letting it rest, I was able to make tender and delicious ones.The amount of water indicated is a guideline only. Please adjust the amount depending on the dough. If the dough is too hard, the chapatis will be hard and dry and not very good. Even if the dough seems too soft, it will improve after resting it, so don't worry. Recipe by hinata

Saw this recipe idea from a YouTube channel called "wow emi ruchulu". Was very excited to try at home. Customized it and used leftover chapatis. Turned out super awesome.
