Ingredients

2..4 serving
  1. 250 gmbeef
  2. 250 gmArvi • ¼ tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
  3. 1 tsp.chilli powder
  4. 3 tbs.coriander powder
  5. 2-3medium onion –chopped or sliced
  6. 1/2 cupoil
  7. 1 tbs.ginger (Adrak) paste
  8. 1 tsp.garlic (Lehsan) paste
  9. 1 tsp.garam masala powder
  10. 6-8 cloves(Laung)
  11. 6-8black pepper (Kali Mirch)
  12. 2black cardamom (Bari Elaichi
  13. 1-1 1/2 tsp.salt (according to taste)
  14. 4 tbspyougurt
  15. 1/2 cupfresh coriander (Daniya leaves
  16. 2-3green chilies
  17. 1Lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the onion in oil till brown then remove the onion and grind.

  2. 2

    Add yogurt,Haldi, Dhaniya, Mirch, Lehsan, Adrak and salt in the oil. Fry with little water till it dries.

    Add meat and ground onion and cook till water dries again.

  4. 4

    Add 3 to 4 glasses of water cover and cook till the meat tenderizes.

  5. 5

    When meat is almost done add Arvi and green chillis and cook till the Arvi become tender and the required gravy is left. Cook throughout on low heat.

    Garnish with fresh Dhaniya, and lemon.

    Serve withHome made chapati
