Best thing iss Cheesecake ki Jo mujhe pasand Hai, free of butter. Mostly cake base mien biscuits ke sath melted butter use kar base bnai jati Hai . Cream cheese + butter is too much 😣 (you can understand) ... That's why it's always a hesitation to make a Cheese cake. But this time love to make this cheesecake without butter. And of course with Mangoes...

Ingredients

40 Minutes

  1. (For Base):
  2. 90grm digestive biscuits
  3. 30 grmsmilk
  4. (For cheesecake filling):
  5. 200grm cream cheese
  6. 30grm sugar
  7. 30 mlmilk
  8. 5grm gelatin
  9. 1/2 tblslemon juice (optional)
  10. 200 mlwhip cream
  11. 20grm sugar
  12. 60 grmsmango Puree
  13. (Mango jelly):
  14. 30 mlwater
  15. 3grm gelatin
  16. 10grm sugar
  17. 40grm mango puree

Cooking Instructions

    Set All the ingredients at one place it can helps you to do your work easy.

    In food processor add married (or any digestive) biscuits, blend it till powder form. Mix milk in it and set in cake tin. Place in fridge for to cool for 20 Minutes.

    Mix milk and gelatin powder in a bowl, then cook on double boiler for 1 minutes it's should be melted and thicken.

    Mix cream cheese till creamy then mix with Mango puree.

  5. 5

    Beat whipy whip cream and mix with cream cheese Mixture and gelatin Mixture.

    Pour this cream cheese in cooled cake tin. And again place it in fridge for 30 Minutes.

    For making mango glazed jelly. Mix gelatin in water and cook on double boiler. Let it cool and add mango puree in it. Mix and pour or cooled cheese cake.

    Place in fridge for at least 4 to 6 hours. Decorate with mango chunks and enjoy mango season.
