    Pahly atty main salt ghee dal kar required pani dal kar normal si dough bana kar 20 hour firdge main rakh dein

    Phir dough ka pera ly kar rolling pin sy dry flour laga kar gol roti bail lein

    Or garamtawy per thora ghee spread kar ke roti da kar thora sa ghee laga l kar dono side sy roti paka lein kisi bhi gravy waly salan ke sath serve karein
