Mango, (the king of fruits) can easily adjust itself with Sweet and Savoury dishes and we love to eat it as is..so I created a mouthwatering appetizer with mango, chickpeas and puff crackers. Yes, I know Salsa is usually served with Nachos, but creativity has no ends.. I love making them and enjoy eating them..I hope you will enjoy and love making it for your tea parties.💕

Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 cupChickpeas canned (water drained)
  2. 1Chopped Tomato
  3. 1Chopped cucumber with skin
  4. 1Chopped onion
  5. Cubecut Mangoes 3 medium
  6. 1 tbspChopped green coriander
  7. 1Chopped green chili
  8. 2 tbspLemon juice
  9. 1/2 tspIcing sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Gather everything together

    Finely chop onion

  4. 4

    Deseed and finely chop cucumber

  5. 5

    Deseed and finely chop tomato

  6. 6

    Finely Chop mangoes

  7. 7

    Deseed and finely chop green chili

  8. 8

    Finely chop green coriander

  9. 9

    Add chickpeas in a bowl

    Add in mangoes

  11. 11

    Add in cucumbers

  12. 12

    Add in tomato

  13. 13

    Add in onion

  14. 14

    Add in coriander and green chili

  15. 15

    Mix salt, sugar and lemon juice in a separate bowl and mix

    Seasoning is ready

    Pour it into salsa bowl and mix everything gently

  18. 18

    Now take a tbsp of salsa mixture and put it on puff crackers.

    And Mango Salsa Puffs are ready.

    Some Tips: please don't make it long before you serve, they will b soggy. Make salsa earlier and prepare puffs right before serving.
