Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litreMilk
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 2 tbspCustard powder
  4. 1 cupfresh cream
  5. 1/2 cupDesiccated coconut powder
  6. 2 tbspCondensed milk
  7. Banana slices 3-4
  8. Sprinkles and banana jelly for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    .Heat ½ litre of milk in a sauce pot and add enough amount of sugar to make it sweeter.

    In a small bowl, take 2 tbsp of custard powder, add little water and make it to a thin consistency paste.
    Pour the custard mixture in hot milk. Keep stirring continuously until it becomes slightly thick.

    Take a serving bowl set some banana jelly in the botton then add desicated coconut and banana slices then pour the custard mixture and spread the mixture evenly.

    Then top it with sliced bananas, jelly,, fresh cream, Sprinkles and condensed milk.
    6. Served chilled.
