Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef with bones
  2. 1/2 cupjau
  3. 1/2wheat
  4. 1/2 cupchana daal
  5. 1medium sliced onion
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tbsphaldi
  9. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  10. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 2 tbspsalt
  12. 1 cupoil
  13. Coriander leaves for garnish
  14. Mint leaves for garnish
  15. Julian ginger for garnish
  16. Fried onion for garnish
  17. Lemon for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pot put wheat, jau, chana daal, haldi,salt 1tbsp and fill withwater

    Cover with lid for cook till completly cook

    Than take another pot put oil in it than onion fry it than add meat in it fry it

  4. 4

    Now add ginger garlic paste and all spices with splash of water

  5. 5

    Bhunofy well than add water to tender the meat

  6. 6

    When all anaj cooked well grind it in blender and take a side

  7. 7

    Now separate the meat from bones and shred it

  8. 8

    Now mix anaj and shreded meat together and start ghutofy

  9. 9

    Sprinkle garam masala and again ghutofy well

  10. 10

    After few minutes haleem is ready and turn off the flame

  11. 11

    Serve in bowl garnish with dhania podina and adrak and lemon and enjoy with nan
