Ingredients

15 minutes
2 to 4 people
  1. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  2. Water as needed for kneading

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

First of all knead flour with water and make a medium dough, not very soft and not very hard

  2. 2

    Now make round small balls

  3. 3

Then roll a round roty with little bit dry flour make sure the edges should be thin

  4. 4

Then put roty on the hot tawa and then after half minute flip it

  5. 5

So here comes the trick you need to cook the roty from one side only on tawa don't flip it again and again just rotate it

  6. 6

Now when the roty is fully cooked from one side remove from the tawa and flip the other side and cook directly on high flame

  7. 7

You will see that your roty is immediately puffed up

  8. 8

Now put the roty in the kitchen paper in hotpot and close the lid immediately your roty will remain soft and hot while serve

  9. 9

Do try this roty recipe and let me know how it works
