Ingredients

  1. 4 Cchakki and fine mix aata
  2. 2-3 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Take out aata in a bowl for kneading.

    To make soft Roti add oil. Also add in salt and mix them with hands.

  3. 3

    Now knead a soft dough using water as required. Refrigerate for at least half an hour.

    For making roti take a small part of dough and make a ball/paira.

  5. 5

    Use a rolling pin and make a roti.

  6. 6

    Pre heat your tawwa and cook your roti on it from both sides. Your roti is ready.
